Dr. Kathy M. Anderson
Dr. Kathy M. Anderson, is a board certified Ob/Gyn, who has been in private practice since 1996. She graduated with high honors, and second in her class, with multiple awards, from Loma Linda University Medical School, in 1992. She then completed her residency training in Ob/Gyn, as Outstanding Resident Teacher of Year, at Loma Linda University Medical Center, in 1996. Dr. Anderson collaborated with her mother, Dr. Nasrin Farbakhsh, who is also a board certified Ob/Gyn, in 1996, to open a private practice in Orange County, called Mothers and Daughters Center. According to the American Medical Association, they are the first Mother/Daughter specialist team in America. Dr. Anderson is also board ceritifed from the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenrative Medicine with a fellowship in Stem Cell therapies. She is an expert in aesthetic procedures, such as Botox, Fillers and multiple lasers. Dr. Anderson has since taken an active role in hospital leadership positions, and has earned multiple awards on a yearly basis; including Top Ob/Gyn in Orange County Awards, Top Docs LA, National Physician Choice Awards, Most Compassionate Doctor award, Most On-Time Doctor award, and many more. The average wait time once you arrive to the office for a visit is about 5 minutes. Dr. Anderson also attended Whittier Law School, and graduated as the valedictorian of her class in 2007. She also is active member of the Professional Services Civilian Responder program at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, from 2008 to present. She has three children.
Dr. Nasrin Farbakhsh
Dr. Nasrin Farbakhsh, is a board certified Ob/Gyn, who originally completed her medical training at the top medical school in Iran: Tehran University. She graduated at the top of her class and received her specialty in Ob/Gyn in Tehran. Dr. Farbakhsh was in private and public practice in Iran until the political revolution of that country, when she immigrated to the United States. After passing the national exams, she completed her Ob/Gyn residency again at the University of Louisville, in Kentucky. She then moved to California and began private practice. Once her daughter, Dr. Kathy Anderson finished her training, they joined together to form the Mothers and Daughters Center, Inc. Dr. Farbakhsh has been very involved in hospital leadership, and does all the obstetrics portion of the practice, along with complicated gynecological surgeries. She has been very active with hospital leadership positions. Dr. Farbakhsh is much loved by her patients.
Dr. Alireza Mirzabozorg
Dr. Alireza Mirzabozorg, is a family physician who received his medical training at the top medical school in Iran: Tehran University. He completed a rigorous general surgery residency in Iran, and was in charge of multiple hospitals and residency training programs in Iran. He was even a MASH unit chief surgeon, through the Red Cross, during the Vietnam War. After the beginning of the political revolution in Iran, Dr. Mirza immigrated to the United States, and passed all the national exams. He then completed another residency training in Family Practice at Oral Roberts Medical Center, in Oklahoma. He has been in private practice in California, and performs most of the minor in-office procedures, along with taking care of the primary care of the patients. Dr. Mirza is truly a gifted, knowledgeable physician, who is loved by his patients.
